Sticking TB?

I have the BABolt TB and my gas pedal is now sticking. It only sticks sometimes and is only when I first hit the gas. If I already have my foot on the pedal it moves up and down no problems. It is only when I go to step on it from a close position. Does anyone else have this problem? I know this was not happening before I put the Single blade TB on.

Thanks for any help

John

Sounds like the vacume of the idle air flow is keeping it shut. You could put a small (1/32"?) hole in the TB, or adjust the stop screw 1mm?

Yeah just adjust the idle screw a little.

Lightning Boy is correct the truck is pulling a vacuum against the blade. I am likely going to experiment with drillling a hole in mine to match the stocker since when I adjusted the idle set screw, mine was isling at 950-1000 before the vacuum resistance went away. But I have a couple issues I am battlilng simultaneously
