99 SVT Bolt

Anybody wanna look under their L for a second...

and see if there's two bolts there or one like mine. The pic in question is a bracket that supports the steering shaft ? There's a hole there. I'm thinking a bolt should be there no?

I just looked and you are missing that second bolt.
I hope this help's, so go get a bolt and put it in.
