Metco 8.0" Lower Pulley
This may be old news, so if it is then forgive me.
Metco now makes an 8.0" Lower pulley that comes w/ the removal tools (hub socket for the pulley and the piece to lock the motor into place).
$249
I'm not totally sure about the quality of it, though, but I'm sure it's a fine piece.
FWIW, Sal's is the same size and $9 cheaper.
