another inner cooler leaks to a slow death
Called the number got the parts sent to my local ford dealer, Hopefully i can get them to fix the exhaust leak and do the clunk fix, while it is in. I just hope they don't F up the inner cooler install. I have heard to many horror stories.

Keep high hopes until you have a problem with them (dealer). My IC replacement was easy - dropped it off in the evening so it'd be cool when they did the work the next morning, and picked it up at 11am. They're not all bad.

Had mine done at DarCar Lanham ford,Lanham Md. They had my truck for 2 days, but when I got it back it was perfect (no scratches,etc.) and only had 3 more miles on it...
