Install is EASY - If you can work with velcro and rubbing alcohol....Should take less than an hour

Here's Another Option
Total cost of the entire bed and tonneau carpeting was less than $100. Used carpet from Home Depot ($1.70 per linear yard) and 1/8" plywood for backer.
