Unhappy How do I correct my speedo???

Since I put on a set of 410 gears about a month and a half ago iI figure it's about time to fix the speedometer so I will know how fast I'm going. Plus my odometer is applying alot more miles than it should be (stupid thing)............LOL. Anyway, I need some help from my Lightning Brothers, thanks......................Phatford
PS: I was thinking about purchasing a hypertech III, but I'm wondering if it might mess up my chip.

Your speedo should be able to be corrected through your chip. Check with your tuner.

My chip was burned for a 410 gear, but it did not correct my speedo...........I have a Diablo chip, 90 mm mass air, a lower pulley, and the gear all burned on the chip.

The only way you can correct the speedometer for 4:10 gears is through the chip. Something or someone isn't right with the Diablo Chip. Call Johnny and ask them, he can answer the question, also if he did your chip he will be able to tell if it was set for the 4:10's. Soundslike a reburn will be in order.

Take it back to the dealer, they can adjust your speedo. Had mine done when i got the 20" wheels and tires.

I think they reprogram the computer. Besides you don't want to take it to the dealer pay for them to reprogram and have them discover your chip.
