Who has the most mileage on their Gen 2 Lightning
Im about to pass 42k and I was wandering if anyone has passed me on the mile mark. I am just curious if I'm going to see any major problems with milage getting higher.? .

I've "only" got 15,500 on my 01, but I've only had it for 7 months. I still drive my Cobra most of the time. I bought the Cobra in Feb. of '96 and it now has over 155,000 miles on it. I'm catching ya... LOL

2000L: bought new on 10/11/00. Over 39,000 miles, and...
..Is on its 3rd intercooler;
..Has had the clunk "fixed" once;
..Has had the front brakes replaced;
..Has had a stock spark plug pop out, which has caused:
....The frontmost passenger-side ignition coil to break; and
....The replacement of the passenger side cylinder head.
I've also replaced all 4 tires...but that was all my "fault". haha.

Wow, I am at the opposite end of the spectrum from you guys, but I applaud you for enjoying your L the way you want to. I have a 2000 with 4600 miles, everyone of them fun. I ain't scared to drive it, but I have a beater that takes the daily abuse.
