Ok this is the deal went to Fontana Raceway in CA and I was really bummed out!! the best time I could get was a 13.98 suck!!!
It's suppose to run that stock WTF!! I have the all of these MOD's
Blower Pulley_Lower pulley_Elec Fan_K&N_Flow master muffler_TB_and I don't have my chip right now it's getting reprogrammed!!! WHAT'S WRONG??? Should I have lowered the tire pressure real low??? Im running on stock tires...

 

I have a 2001 Red L as well, it ran faster than that stock in 90 degree heat and humidity with ZERO mods and only 1200 miles on the odo. However before you jump to conclusions about your truck being a turd, some more details would help.

60' time?
trap speed?
etc...

What kind of 60' times did you have? If it spins off the line, you have trouble making it up at the other end. What was you MPH? That will give you an indication of the power that you are producing.

All of the mods may not be working together w/o the chip.

Also, how many miles on he truck. They run better as they break in. I understand that 01's need more time to breal in than the 99-00's

 

Need all the numbers from your run. Flowmaster could be robbing a little. Dropping the pressure on the street tires will not help your times. You will lose contact patch if you drop the pressure. Stay with what ever you run on the street 28-32psi area.
