Cool Is this a good price for 2001 lights and a trade question?

One of my buddys just sold his 2000 L and before he did, he took off his 2001 L lights, he want to sell them to me for $300. He told me he paid $500 for the fronts and rears at the Ford Dealer. I think I might offer him $250 for the set, is that a pretty good price? Next questions...I have a 2000 Harley Davidson F150 with the leer topper, with 11,000 miles, I dont want to trade yet, but next year I would be interested in trading for a 2000 lightning with similar mileage and condition. I am a car nut, so my truck has been nuthin but pampered. Anyways I would not want to trade until next Spring, I dont drive my truck in winter so it will have no more than 13,000 miles. But would like to trade straight up for a lightning in similar mileage and condition. Again dont want to do it right now, just wanted to know of any interest.
thanks

I bought them for $250, he is helping me install them tommorrow morning, he traded his L in for 02 electron blue z06. Its freakin fast, I watch him race camaro ss that was all hopped up with intake and exhaust, and he still pretty big hurt on them. This is the guy's 3rd C5, with a 6 speed, so he knows how to drive.
Anyways thanks, I hope to get an 2002 true blue lightning.
