Lightbulb Another SPARKPLUG Debate!

I've searched previous posts, and although informative, a little outdated.

3 Quick Questions:

1-For those of you with NGK TR-6, how many miles have you logged with them, and what Mods are you running with them?

2-Any "side effects" or complaints?

3-Where the heck can I get them NOW?
-Tried Various "So-Called" NGK dealers, NO ONE has them in STOCK and they all say......"hmmmm...well we can special order them and get them in like 2 WEEKS!" AAARRRRRRGGGHHH!!!

Thanks, Nick

Talking

I'm running the TR6s gapped at .44 with no problems. I don't have many miles on them only about 5K. This plug is colder than the stock plug. I don't see any need for a colder plug as I am just running a chip, pulley, and filter. The next time I pull plugs I will go with the TR 5s. I think it will run better.

I had my TR6's in for about ten thousand miles with no ill effects and found them to run better than the stock plugs.

I now have TR5's in the truck with the same........no problem.
(had them changed with 2nd i/c swap)

Gap...42K

We have had TR6's in our 2001 motor now for about 8000 miles. Have not had any problems running them on our setup. We actually got them from a rice shop as well.
