Removal of factory CD changer..HELP!!!

Is the harness from the head unit to the changer easily removed?
I need to get the harness out of my truck...

forget it! If you need the harness, I believe radios and more.com or is it radios and etc. com. Help us out , please. I don't have my reciept for the harness I bought to install the HU and changer in the LTD. So it is available for $30.00. Somebody on this site turned me onto the site to order
