What all can i remove, take off, or cut off of my truck, to maintain the stock appearance, but put it on a healthy diet.

I believe it was Don C who a while age suggested a titanium frame. That could help out.

If you not into the handling that much you could drop the front swaybar, save some weight and for better launches.

!!!!

Take the bed off and eliminate a couple problems at once-no turbulence from tailgate, no tailgate thefts, no cover or liner expense , and it'll be real easy to check rear tire tread depth. :~)

Get rid of those heavy doors. If you use your seatbelt, which I hope everyone does, what do you need with a door?
With a helmet you don't need the whole body!
Replace the heavy stock seats with lightweight Recaros or Spearcos.
