I just noticed a strange noise coming from the steering today. What happened was I got out of the truck while it was parked in the driveway, and I bumped the steering wheel a bit - thus the pop noise. I shut the truck off and then turned the key forward so that I could steer a bit back and forth, and the noise got very loud. It seems to be a popping noise coming from either a bad ball joint, or something inside the steering box. Anyone else ever have this? The truck has seemed to be a bit more loose in the front lately... hopefully this isn't a safety concern. Thanks guys.
