I'm looking into buying a used r9 chip from a fellow L owner who has a 2000. I forgot, will this work in my 99 L ? I didn't remember if they were compatible. I tried the search but I could not narrow it down to this exact question so please,nobody hound on me. Thanks

 

99 computers were a CUX1 and the 00 are a CUX2. Not compatible unless you have had your computer re-flashed to a CUX2.
