Has anyone bought from Truck Performance.com? I ordered a part that was supposed to be in stock and now 4 weeks later still no parts. Every week I get the same answer. "It should ship next week". Save yourself some frustration and buy elsewhere.

 

They did me the same way, I ordered something and waited a few weeks when I called they told me it was out of stock and should be coming strait to me from the man. so I waited another week and still nothing. So I called and ask for my money back and after 4 more calls and about 3 more weeks I finally got my money back. I talked to some guy named Andy and he acted as if I was bothering him. Never again.

I ordered my Bassani Cat Back from them got next day shipping and ordered it sunday was here tuesday since it didnt go out till monday. Well guess that will be the only thing i order from then since alot of you seem to be getting *****ed by them

i ordered rom them and had no problems. my friend ordered two things, one came right away, the other didn't come at the same time, i don't know how much later it arrived.

 

How much Vin??? as I seem to want to make more noise...Taco Bell aint cutting it anymore

 

4 days for Borla exhaust. Best price by 50 bucks. I've waited much longer for products ordered from "The Big Three"! 'Can't say I won't order from them again.

 

To be honest my order was bassanis fault and it was 1.5 years ago and they had the best price at the time.

It was like 900 and change but thats because next day shipping was over 100 oh well i cant wait hehe. Bruce you will love it you heard mine that day at the hooters meet. Makes the truck sound mean like it should have from the factory and the tips are stainless and 4 inches now makes the stock ones look like toothpicks. Hey when are we gonna have another hooters meet that was fun and are you gonna try and make it down to e-town the 17th ill be there. Im gonna try and make it down tommorrow nite if the weathers nice.

I ordered my Borla from them and had no problems at all. I order a lot from them.

 

I ordered a set of front brake pads, a set of rear pads, a front left rotor and front right rotor. I got one rotor shipped. I called them, and confirmed my total order. I got one more rotor. Another call. One set of pads arrives. Another call. No pads. Several more calls, they say it will ship next week. Two months later, pads arrive. Wrong ones! Another call to send back. Finally get credit for them. Install rotors and discover they don't have ABS sensor. Another call.
They argue I ordered the wrong ones. I claim I made the correct order and they took the order incorrectly. With no proof to the contrary, I lost. Needless to say, I won't deal with those bozos ever again.

By the way, I got the ABS sensor rings seperately from the dealer and had a machine shop press them on. They work fine.

 

Ordered my sport mirrors, 7-10 days...got em in 5
no complaints here

 

I have placed orders with them three times with no problems.
