Psp

I have a large order pending with PSP, and since placing my order have a couple of questions. I have left telephone and e-mail messages without receiving any response. I am new to this Forum and recognize that PSP is highly regarded, which is the reason I placed an order with them to begin with. On one evening, I observed that Sal had responded to an e-mail on this Forum, but not to one directed by me to his Company. What's the problem? Like most people, I don't have time to screw around. I like people to respond, particularly when I'm the customer. I want the stuff. He has till Monday, or I'm gone.

You will find that patience pays off in the end with Lightning tuners. Sal's (PSP) stuff is top shelf and worth the wait. Keep in mind that this is his second job. Customer service is very important but sometimes takes longer than people are used to. Don't know for sure but he may be at the track this weekend. If you can stick it out a little longer you will be ver glad you did. Sal knows Lightnings.

Chips

A thought I had after posting my previous message is that, after ordering a flip-chip, and a problem should come up, why would I want it if no one even answers the phone?

My suggestion would be to keep calling until you get to talk to someone in person, because, IMO, the products are worth the wait. I went through the same thing with my order, but overall I'm satisfied.

O.K.

Thanks. I'll give it some time. But it's frustrating. E-mail isn't that tough. But I'm worried about the "problem" thing.

GP,
Rest assured if you did have a problem or tech questions he is right on it. No tuner wants any problems lingering out there. I have been running PSP for more than a year and have had nothing but big grins.

GPSVT, what number are you calling? Phones are manned here from 10am to 5pm est every day. If you called 631-821-3622, our message states that we have lost long distance service since the WTC attack and we cannot call out of our area. As for the e-mail, I've been having some problems with that, I don't get a lot of it, something to do with the server and how it's forwarded to me. I have my web guy working on that. If you want to give me your e-mail here, I can contact you.

Wink

This is another case of the need to exercise a little patience. It's not in a tuners best interest to avoid people. Usually they have a good reason why they didn't respond. I'm not singling you out because it happens all the time. I know I'm anxious to get a new part when I order it but I have to remember that they are not by the phone 24/7. They also have to test and go to events.

I'm sure it will all be forgotten when you bolt those parts on and take the first spin around the block.
