Made 8 passes and a new 'best'(sig). 5 or 6 guys come up thru the nite and ask "what is that 'noise' your truck makes goin' down the track(one guy said he heard it on the way in to the track)?" hehehe. I told them it's the s/c...one guy said "but I've heard other Ls and they don't make THAT noise!" Thanks JL! (On subject) Another guy comes up and tells me his buddy just bot a 01 L because of seeing(hearing?) my L run at this track.

I'm 62 yrs. old and this is the most fun I've had with a vehicle(well, maybe when I was 18 and in my 1937 customized/modded Ford business coupe with Jane might have been more 'fun'!). It 'rocks' on Fri. nites and takes me to work every wk. day morning and back. I average 14+ mpg.
