Ok before anyone gets on the search deal, I did a search.I read some of the posts on pulleys , but I never really got the impression anyone knew if they were available,and if so from where.I have the blower pulleys and am looking to see if anyone know if they make underdive pulleys for lightnings,Downs use to have em, but I don't see anything on their web page.Can anyone tell me if they are available and if you hve used them......

I assume you mean pullies for the alt., A/C, and water pump. I used them on my Z28 and didn't notice anything. In my opinion, they are not worth the trouble for the tradeoff w/ charging and A/C operation.

To answer your question...no, I don't know were to buy them .

 

Jerry, there are several companies that make underdrive pulleys for the modular motors. The problem with that on the mod motors, the crank pulley is part of the damper. So the underdrive kits come with replacement crank pulley/damper assemblies, but since they are smaller, the Lightnings lower blower pulley will not fit on it (stock or aftermarket). Hope this helps.
