1. Are the needle indicators on the gauge panel illuminated? After driving around for a year, I realize mine do not light up with the gauges when the lights are on. Are they supposed to?
2. A couple of weeks ago I noticed a new engine noise. Its a high pitched whistle sound coming from the blower. Its noticeable at steady throttle, momentarily diminishes when throttle is opened, then returns. At first I thought it was a vacuum leak but when I listen closely it sounds like a high pitched friction noise from inside the blower. No noticeable change in performance, boost seems okay, and no loss of IC coolant (yet).
Any thoughts or ideas? Thanks.

On question 2, Did you just put on a single blade throttle body? I know they make a whistleing noise, just a thought.
