I understand that emotions are very high right now and the desire to lash out is very strong. Because of this, I do not want to ban anyone.

I respectfully ask that in light of these tragedies that we put our strength and energy into figuring out a way to help the people affected instead of casting disparaging remarks against that condemn entire societies.

Liquidlighting, I have removed your message, but understand the passion under which it was posted. The worst this we can do now is speculate and run amuck on a situation we do not know everything about. Let's all just step back, wait and see what we can do as a community.

Thank you everyone for your cooperation. As a society, I know that we Americans will get through this. Personally, I have a long-time friend that works on the 85th floor of the South Tower of the WTC and all my families hopes and prayers go out the anyone that has been or will be touched by this.

I have contemplated closing the forums so we do not have to deal with dozens of threads of this nature. What does everyone think of this?

 

I was in the Gulf, on a few occasions. I have to admit, I did not enjoy being there. I am sure, not many of us did want to be there.

I will pray for all those family members, in NY and DC.

I am very disappointed, in reading "F------ sand ------- ". This is totally uncalled for, in this forum. Sometimes, we need to keep our personal feelings and thoughts to ourselves. Including, words and statements.

Give him a break. It's just emotions running high. I agree it was out of line, but under the circumstances (Sp?). Let it go. We all have many mean and rude thoughts going through our heads right know.
