everyone next time your washing the L or any f150 check the roof of the truck and see if it cracking. i just washed mine yesterday and now i have the small crack in the side door and larger cracks on the roof. its easy to spot on white but i dont know about the other colors.

 

There is a problem with F-150s cracking at the window because of door weight I believe.Check with your courteous and helpful local Ford service dept. I'm sure they will share your concern.
Search for a TSB on that door.
