Keypad Install?

Doug - I didn't loosen the track, just worked around it. But you're right, if you prep properly (cutting of weights) this is a 10 min job.

Guys another keypad question.

If we put in our 5 digit it unlocks the driver door. If we put in our 5 digit a second time it unlocks both doors. If we press the 2 far right buttons it locks the truck. What else could we do with this keypad?

I'm just so glad I don't have to break in anymore when I lock my keys in the car.

Check out the "how to" again...
Last night I edited it and cleaned it up to show the cool stuff you can do wioth the key pad. The info was alwas there but it is just clearer now

You can unlock both doors. Turn off the auto lock and some other stuff.

On my wife's explorer, I can enter the code then press 4 (at least I think its 4) and all doors open. I would think that it would work the same way with this keypad.
