Just installed JL ram air.......
....in only 2.5 hrs. I feel like a moron; but, with the golden rule of "measure twice and cut six times" I managed to not scratch anything up and the work looks professional quality. I'm sure thats a testament to the work put into production of the kit in the first place (Thanks JL) and not any particular skill on my part. I think the problem was the lack of a diagram. Idiots need idiot sheets.
The directions said to remove the wheel before installation; but, I left it on and didn't feel hampered by it at all. I cussed through out the entire installation; but, now that I am done, it wasn't so bad.
Is there a boot to connect the flex pipe and the end of my open end filter kit? I might have to rig one up.
Did anyone else have as much fun as I did reinstalling the inner fender well?

I think that my problem with the filter and the flex pipe may be solved. The air box for Sal's fast air kit would be the perfect solution. 'Just have to find out if I can get one without buying the whole system.
