I was pulling a motor out of a Turbo Buick on friday night. My GN runs low 10's. I will bring it down there one day. Are you going to the f-body shootout on the 30th of this month?

 

If you want to pick on a lil' V-6 I've got two to play with..... Just ask CornerCarver how the V-6 Firebird runs.....hehe,... Paul, what happened to you stopping by Sat? I could have used an engineer. I'm having all kinds of problems trying to fit this damn T-70 on the TA.

 

I didn't leave MGW (helping George design new AC switchs for the L) until 6:30 and the GF was meeting me at 7:00. I had a couple of Italian guys that wouldn't shut-up and get some work done. Oops, sorry DL.


BTW, LIGHTNINROD, just make sure you run the turbo Buicks more than three times. After that, they develop this "tapping" sound and gotta be rebuilt.

 

Funny Paul. It took us four times to blow up Roberts. I will have it back in action in a week or so.

 

Something tells me the daily driven Regal will be Lightning hunting.... The TTA knows better than to waste it's racegas.... We do need to line the Lightning up with Clay's Typhoon though. Would be a good race I think. The pressure would be on you to bust a good lauch. BTW Paul,...you get that link to that Lightning video I sent you this morning? Know the guy? Looked like it wsas moving on pretty good.....

 

What do you expect for a motor with over 100K miles that had been driven for the last 5yrs with a wiped cam lobe. Torque? i don't need no stinking V-8 + supercharger to show you torque!! Just give me a lil' 231ci V-6 and 18psi
