New JL pulley installed and OOOHHH MAN
Let me first start off by saying thanks to Johnnylighting. I had previously ordered from another vendor and waited 7 f*&$ing weeks for his stupid ram air and ice box. After being lied to several times and i quote" I sent them out Monday and you will get it on Wednesday" i told him to keep his junk and called Johnny. Johnny told me that he was waiting for the tube for the ram air and it would be here on Friday. Friday at 11:00 pm he called and said that it was on the way. I asked if he could get it here in a hurray and he said no problem. Monday i got it and tuesday it was installed. All i can say is I NEED TRACTION. I asked him to send the most radical stuff he had. Even with ET streets on rolling at 30mph i tear up the tires. Sooo bad that i cant even feel the shift into 2nd. Thursday went street racing. It was a bad night for cowmarooos. Raced 5 and beat 5. The fasted being a 12.9 at 109 car. He jumped and i chased. No problem as i waved when we went by. I also raced a mustang that runs 12.4 at 109. I got the jump and he never caught up. Johhny is the man with great customer service. Johnny you got a permenant customer here.

RACJAS330, sounds like you are having fun with your Lightning. If you need traction, I'll have My Truck-Traks ready in a couple of weeks. In testing, I've seen almost .1 reduction in 60' and ET. with ET Streets. I'm sure there is more in them with a little adjustment.
Mondo1, these are my prototype bars. The brace on the bottom is 1 1/4' x 1/4", and is to eliminate flex.
I initially built the bars out of 2" x 2" 3/16" wall (heavy) tubing. It turned out that our trucks make so much torque, that the tubing was flexing. I braced the bottom, and that eliminated the flex, but made the Truck-Traks too heavy for my taste.
The production models are made of 2" x 3", 1/8" wall rectangular tubing, with the 3 inch being the vertical dimension. No more flex, and the bars are much lighter.
I should get the first sets from the fab shop on Friday or Monday.
I'm excited to get thie venture going.
