Doug, its a Classic Roadsters Cobra.

I built it from the frame up. You can see by the grey gelcoat, that it isn't painted yet. At 2,200 lbs, its quite a ride with 225 RWHP.
Its going to get a roller cammed 415 Windsor as soon as its painted.

After driving the FFR at Racing Adventures in Calgary I was an eyelash from buying a Turn Key Spec racer. Still seriously trying to work out the details... However Stock market, layoffs and economy helped me make the sensible decisioin and wait.

Should be a real handful with the 415... Big FUN but a handful
Keep me posted on the progress

It's already a handful with 4.11 rears in the rear.

A light car with all that tire doesn't give you any warning when it's going to let go. I found out the hard way one day while making a left turn under power. It wasn't straight when it made the 1-2 shift, and it spun.

That is not something you want to do very often on the street.

rscoleman, I' ve never run my truck without the traction bars. I did, however remove them from my truck and bolt them on SVTLightning99's truck to test them with ET Streets. He immediately picked up a little less than .1 in 60' times. He also felt that there was probably a little more to be had, as he would be able to leave at a higher RPM.

Dave716, most of these trucks are daily drivers. I think Mike would have beaten the Viper if he had been able to engage the nitrous at launch. He had to wait until he was underway, or it was instant tire smoke.
