What do you think of new plates??
What do you think of new plates??
I reserved two plates this morning;
EVIL SVT.
IWIN ULZ
I didn't realize that you could reserve as many plates as you want!! I might have to reserve some more for possible future use.......... I am going to start out with IWIN ULZ. I also saw a pretty funny license plate frame on a mustang the other day; "Bottles are for babies - Real men get blown." I would get this license plate frame if I were not putting NOS on my truck!!!

On my '87 and '94 Mustang GT's I tried my best to get:
- She said NO! So I tried:
4 NIK 8 - Told her that this is "For Nick #8", and she said NOOO again!
I even tried various combinations w/ the letters *** (one that was just perfect and I can't quite recall -- I'll keep thinking about what it was and post back if I remember) and she at first thought it was some form of "Greek" language so I tried to play it off as that. You should had seen her face when she realized what
really meant!
I ended up w/:

1. Great or total devastation; doom
2. a cosmic cataclysm
3. the imminent destruction of the world
...it was on my '87 GT and that car was hardly touchable. It was pure EVIL and would trounce nearly everything in its path, so hence the name. I remember once getting pulled over by a Sherriff for speeding and he told me, "Son, there's gonna be an apocalypse if you keep driving the way you do!" I had to laugh.

Where do you go to reserve these plates???? Do they actually RESERVE it for you? How much money do you have to give them to get the custom plate?? And do they just send it in the mail all regestered and everything?

The first step is to go to going to your state's DMV website (if they have one) to determine whether the plate is already taken. You enter the plate combination that you would like and it will tell you whether or not it is available. Once you have found an unused combination, cruise on over to the DMV and fill out the appropriate paperwork. You can register as many combination as you like, however, there is a renewal fee per plate each year. Once you register the plate, it cannot be used by anyone else..... However, if you want to switch from one plate to another on your vehicle, you must again travel on down to the DMV and fill out the appropriate paperwork. I believe that the cost is about $50 per plate per year - mine was more because I got specialized plates (Picture of Lake Tahoe). They will be delivered to the DMV office in about 4-6 weeks and I will have to go pick them up.

BTW, it's spelled POUSTIS for "******".
Malaka is basically calling someone an "***-hole". Of course it can mean M-F'er too, as well as "******". You know, I've heard in Greece that everyone's middle name is "Malaka".
Why don't you can the "hidden" remarks and say what's really on your mind, but do it off the board.
