01' for 27K, 95 Saleen was right

One of the metro detroit dealers has 3 L's left, 01's for 27K. An a-plan will knock it down to 23K, and wow, what a steal!

Saleen was right easterisland

No, A/Z plan sets a price, not a set reduction in price. A/Z are still $27k+.

At the L club organizational meeting last weekend, I was told by one of the guys that he was thinking about trading his '00 for an '01 -- he said they would sell the '01 outright for 27,000.

Don't know for sure, but if you are in norther VA check out Tyson Ford. The still have them in all four colors.

Thanks 5.4 I still don't see why anyone woulda thought I made it up...gimme ur email I wanna see if it is the same dealer I saw it at...I think steve does not appreciate the advertising of dealers on here....if I remember...and it is his board...so Might as well appease him.
if so they got rid of a bunch on inventory cause they had more than 3 last time I saw.

BTW...I think 4D is correct...plan prices are fixed..unless there are some rebates or something on the trucks.

Why would Steve care if you posted the name of the dealer? We all basically advertise for the dealers when we post a good service report(I know, its rare, but it does happen!)

Unless Steve has plans to start selling L's through the Online Store, I just don't see why he would care about people pointing out a good deal.

At the risk of being banned... Tyson Ford in Virginia has 5 Lightnings on the lot and they are already sold to another dealer. They are not for sale. I spoke with John Daniels. Here's the info http://www.dlrcon.com/searchresults....x=5&Search.y=2

As far as the 27K L's in Detroit, I still haven't got any replies to my reward offer.

Fast 5.4 Triton..

Do you have a lightning or a regular F-150? If you don't have a lightning..are you going to buy one? If that a-plan price is accurate..I might consider trading up to a new one.

If you have one already...are you ever out at Milan? Keep your eye on the board...I'll try to finally arrange a date when we can all do a Hooters get together....now that the travel season is nearing a close.
