Tailgate down/Max weight capacity

Anybody ever tested this feature?

Thinking about rolling something up a ramp and over the tailgate and into the bed.

Well, I can attest that it's handled me riding my motorcycle up a ramp and onto it. My bike's 450 lbs plus me (120) had no problems.
