Saw this in the September Motor Trend; last page under "performance trends." Anyone ever hear of this company called "JET"; they make a performance module for $298 specifically for '01 L.

Anyone heard of this?

 

JET has been around for a while. They even build performance tranny's. I used one in my 4th gen Camaro b4 the stroker went in, and I wasn't impressed at all.

For the same price, you can have a chip custom made for your truck by one of the big-name tuners on this board. I just don't like "off the shelf" programs for vehicles, when everyone is so different. Besides, all of the people I know who use JET chips in their vehicles have said that they were calibrated extremely conservitive. Hope this helps...

Yes I have heard of them before. All I can say is don't put one of them in a Lightning.

I agree with rscoleman go to one of the big 3 Lightning tuners. I my self go with JDM, but you have to decide who you are most confortable with.
