Goodyear F1 sidewall cracking

I bought a set of Goodyear Eagle F1 for my 2000 Lightning, after 3 years and only a little under 6000 miles the sidewall on both front tires are starting to crack. Has anyone else had this happen? I'm heading into the the tire dealer today to have them look at the tires.

Seems they are prone to this; mine did it too before replacing with Hankooks. Don't worry, the tire dealer will try to screw you.

I had around 8,000 miles on mine, and I was driving on the Interstate & just as I was getting off my exit the front left Tire Blew out.And I had my Window down so it scared the crap out of me,and when I pulled over to see what the deal was the Tire has blew out on the sidewall.I'm just glad it didn't happen when I was at Highway speed, but it still was crazy that it blew out like it did.And the Tires still had good tread on them, and there was no knots-cracking or any other problem I could see that would have caused it.So now with reading this maybe there's a problem with the sidewalls on some of them.

I bought a new 2000 F150, 5.4 Scab, 4x4. It came with Good Year Wranglers. I drove it on the highway mostly and mostly on the interstate. Those tires would have lasted 120,000 miles but the sidewalls cracked at the bulge 360 degrees around the tire, some of them on both sides. I changed out 2 at 72,000 when one started losing air and 2 more at 92,000. I replaced them with Wranglers and they were cracking when I sold it at 105,000 miles.
