Really, no new posts in almost two weeks? Where did everyone go?

Most of the Lightning owners moved on to other forums dedicated to the Lightning. Some still come on here once in a while.

Yeah the SC section is dead.

Yep a lot of the old timers moved on or sold.. :-(

Some old timers are still around :wave:
Although now I drive a Boss 302.

Where has the time a fellow Lightning owners gone?

Sometimes I wish I would have kept mine but my daughters car seat made it a pretty tight fit for my wife and I. Now that she's in high school it would make a great ride for her. :thumbsup:
I'm lucky that I still have a great ride though.

Still around and still enjoy my Lightning. Did anyone get the shift kit back in the early 2000's for their Lightning. Need some info. Mine seems to slip and then catch hard in first gear.

Call a-1 performance transmission in flowery branch. He builds trans for Lightnings. 770-965-0035

Still have my Lightning, just don't really need info on it anymore. And if I need help, there's much more busier Lightning forums out there. I do miss the detailing forums here on f150online....but again, I don't really need detailing info anymore since I have my routine pretty much perfected. Came close to trading in my car on a new truck, but I don't think I could ever let the Lightning go.... This one time I had it for sale and when the day came for the people to come look at it/buy it, I totally backed out....just can't seem to part with it, heh.

Yes the Lightning forum here has had it's hayday. I've had my 01 since new and a 99 before that. So yes it's dead here. Too bad

When I bought my Lightning new back in 2002 this WAS the place to be for Lightning owners, man I remember all the guys on here back then. It was definitely a cool place to be. I still have my 2002 Lightning, and I guess I'll never sell it...

I started on here in 2000 with a 1999 Red, then a 2003 Dark Shadow Grey and now (been several years) a 2003 Sonic Blue. Anyone remember Sal? He sold the first open air filters.
