We sell the Caltracs. We designed a version of them specifically for the Lightning, and Calvert makes them for us. They will clear all the aftermarket exhaust systems. They eliminate wheel hop, which breaks the 01 aluminum shafts, and they are adjustable so you can preload the rear suspension and dial in your best launches. I have some customers who have seen as much as .10 reduction in 60ft times with them. We sell them for $340.00 complete, plus shipping.

NOTE- The Lightning version bars are sold exclusively through PSP. There are other vendors claiming to sell "Lightning Caltracs" for almost half the price. These are NOT the same thing. Just FYI.

Sal how long does it take to get them or are they in stock? They look like a very nice piece. Did you get all the problems fixed at the office? I have tried to call several times, but only get a busy signal. Thanks

Thumbs up

Racjas330, I usually stock them, but my last in stock set is spoken for. I have more coming in. Yes, our office problems are "fixed" . Lisa is on the phones from 10-5 eastern time. If it's busy, just try back in a few. I'm having the call waiting put on soon .

Racjas330-

I purchased a set of Caltracs from Sal, and I was highly impressed - They are top quality. I am having mine installed in about 1-2 weeks. As far as problems at the office, I have called -or- e-mailed several times the last 2 weeks, and I have either gotten through or received a reply very quickly!!!!! I would have to say that all problems have been resolved.

70Mach1,

I had a local speed shop install mine. It is probably something you cannot do at home, unless you have some type of torch to get the old rubber bushings out. They pretty much freeze up in there and have to be heated up and pounded out. I believe it took them about 5hrs to do the work. Well worth it to me.
