What size upper pulley are you running and how much boost are you getting now? Those times you posted are not with the lower pulley right? Is the upper pulley the one that you have to shave the snout of the blower? That is the one that i have and i am waiting on the JL pulley. Cant wait need more boooooooost!!!!

My best e.t so far has been with the upper pulley,I don't have any runs with the new lower pulley on.As far as the exact dimensions of the upper,I'm not sure,it came from SHM and added about 1-2lbs boost, the lower one added between 3-4 lbs. With my ever so accurate autometer boost guage that reads a negative 3-4 before you start the truck, now under full power its shows about 13.5-14 lbs of boost....So it made a huge difference,I think I'm running about 5lbs more boost than when truck was stock , and the tires don't hook up until the 2-3 shift,so I think the next step for next year is a drag slick, I'm not sure the et streets will hold it...
You'll be real happy with the set up.

Hello Jerry,

Is there no end to it?? I am tryng to follow in your tracks, but I am not sure I will ever catch up....Parts are order from Sal, but you are always 3 jumps ahead Hurry Sal, I need parts to run Jerry before his next mod.

Sorry that you didn't make it Sunday...I was on the way to the airport, but had time for a local ILLNESS meeting...and of course, refreshments...even Baby Jake was there...Headquarters ran out of beer!

Cheers...Earlville on the 2nd??

...Dwight...

I have the ASP upper and JL's lower. With one pulley I pulled consistent 1.7 60' times. It now pulls really hard off the line. I couldn't get traction at Atco this weekend even with the M/T 11.5 Street ET's. I was pulling 2.0 and 2.3 60' times with the street ET's. I eased it off the line and finally pulled a 1.89. I'm going to try it at Cecil when I get a chance because I usually get great traction there.

Dwight,I'll give ya a chance to catch up,the only thing I got left to do is NOS and that probably is a winter project. Also thinking about grinding down a set of calipers so I can get some 15" wheels on so I can run the slicks like Reality1,I think Jim get a good bite on the line, only problem is were gerring older and those.50's and .40's are becoming .70's ah well it's all in fun.Yep I would like to go to Earville on the 2nd,just let me know.

Sorry I missed you guys the other day, my wifes grandmother was put in a nursing home and we were with her, she's 93 so she's had a good life...
Well yalk to ya later pal
Jerry
