Sparco seats.....Posts some pics

Awhile back some guy on here installed those sweet sparco seats....I am probably going to do it instead of that stock seat conversion. If you can repost the pics and possibly tell me which sparco dealer you got them from........You would make a fellow L owner very happy

Thanks
Anthony

The seats look great How much does it cost to get seats like that. I wonder if they are alot more comfortable than the regular seats.

I had mine installed by a local shop here in Toronto. They mounted them onto the original railings and the driver's side still has all the Power features that the stock seat had. I paid about $750 Cdn. each and about 300 for the install.

Did you use the custom sparco brackets? If one uses the custom sparco brackets is the power dricer seat function retained?

Thats a sweet setup

How are they on long rides??

I heard they are great for short to medium drives, but can be a little unconfortable for real long rides.

However I have never sat in them, thats just what I have heard.

I've had a few 2-3 hour sits in them and they are very comfortable. I've even had a few 2-3 hour sleeps in them and again I haven't had any complaints.

I don't have any clue about the Sparco rails because I had mine fitted onto the stock ones. I'm not sure how much "custom" welding or if even there was any. From what I see attached to the rails are the stock bolt holes with bolts... I will be putting my stock seats back this winter and will update everyone on how easy it was to fit the old seats back in.

Thanks.
