Question about loaner vehicle
Look in the Brochure

"SVT owners also recieve Premium Sevice at their dealer, which includes a loaner vehical and a complimentary wash and vacuum. Expect nothing less from a "customer driven" company"
This is a direct quote from the Lightning brochure. Which is sitting in my little hands.
Some one scaned it a while back, but I couldn't find it.
Hold for a sec, let me see if I can take a pic of it.

Being a former dealer tech, let me explain a bit about the loaner thing...
Starting in 2001, SVT owners are allowed to get loaner vehicles, and the wash thing. Lincoln owners also benefit from this, as has been the case for many years.
This does not mean the dealer HAS to give you a loaner car. The fact that Ford states you can get a loaner, just means that if you own that particular vehicle, Ford will pay the dealer for the loaner allowance. Whether you get the loaner is entirely up to the dealer. Ford does not own these cars, the dealers do, and they can give them to, or NOT give them to, anyone they like. Some dealers don't even do loaner cars.
So basically, you can beg and plead all you want for a loaner, it's always worth a shot. But definitely don't use any kind of threatening tone for a loaner, because it's not your right to get one, it's the dealers right to give you one.
Oh, and BTW, my experiance working for dealers, is that most dealers will not give loaners to customer who did not purchase the vehicle from them. Just food for thought. Hope this helps!!
