1. Bring helmet, long pants, no tank tops.
2. If you see green, you're LATE!
3. Most of all, have fun meeting your fellow Lightning owner's, and drag racers in general.

The Night i got my lightning i got to drive her for a little bit then it had to start to rain =0( .But one cool thing that did happen that nite when i got it was that me and my friend were sitting at light and when it started to rain lightning struck right next to my truck and i was like wow shes christened hehe true story.

NHRA tracks out here are pretty strict in their inforcement of the rules. You are not allowed to race, in any class, in shorts. Sometimes they enforce it at LACR, but you will get bounced at Bakersfield if you are not wearing long pants when you are running.
I suspect that they probably won't enforce it at Carlsbad, but if they do, you may not be allowed to race.
