Trigger wheels

Noticed my stamped steel trigger wheel has excess play, as well as my drive sprocket and key, need to address the issue causing excess wear as well.

Who all makes a stout trigger wheel? The stamped steel didn't hold up, the aluminum(?) ones look tough but I'm sure they split. I seen MMR and Accufab make billet ones, but $200 seems pretty harsh on my back side for a trigger wheel (so the $130 looks little nicer).

What would cause excess wear on the key, drive sprocket, and trigger wheel?
