I know you only asked about thos two, but I like Perma-Tech liners. They will color match any color, never fade from the sun, and you can even get glow in the dark if you want. I'll be getting a Perma-Tech as soon as I get some extra funds. My dad had his F350 sprayed with it and it is far better than the Rhino's that I've seen. I haven't come across any LineX's though. If I'm not mistaken, they all sand the paint off first, and even if they don't, you could never pull the lining out and have the paint still under it, so don't let that deter you.
