Brake Kit coming soon
I called Stillen today and they are coming out with cross drilled rotors, pads, and steel braided lines for the lightning. I asked the sales guy and said they were still testing them. They might even do a big brake package similar to brembo but for a bit less money.
It is probably worth the wait as nobody else that i have found is currently in production for a less costly brake system except brembo.

Does this include calipers, too? Is it just my truck, or do all Lightnings have a lot of drag on the front brakes? I can't believe how much effort it takes to turn the rotors with the wheels off. Its got to slow you down as well as waste gas. I don't understand why Ford set the brakes up this way, unless my truck is an oddball. Any solutions, short of swapping the brakes?
When I replaced the front pads on my truck, I didn't feel excessive drag. The rotors were so straight, I didn't want to have them turned, and take a chance of screwing them up. After 22,000 mi. they were within .001 runout and parallel. You would have trouble getting that close even if you had a new brake rotor lathe.
Baer brakes also has a several options for brake kits all the way up to six piston bad boys. They are listed for the Expedition but should be the same. I have info coming and will post soon. They use Alcon calipers. Top shelf.
