How to diconnect BOOST DUMP
I need to know how to disconnect this dump thing. I have had it open up twice now. It is getting real annoying. Someone sent me a picture of it, but it was soooo small that i could not make out the picture at all and i could not enlargen the pic. Why does this keep happening?
Its a grey plug (I think) on towards the back of the blower on the driver's side.
There are other ways to bypass it and still leave it plugged in. Haven't done that yet. I have also heard people say you want to leave it plugged in on the street 'cause it helps with introducing fresh air, or, eliminates heat or something.
I know their are good pics out there somewhere, just keep searching.

NEEDSORSPEEED is correct on location of the plug.I've not had mine plugged in for months, and have had no adverse effect on the performance of my truck, several others that I know are doing the same.
The point of dissconnecting the boost silinoid is to keep the computer from dumping the boost if you hit the rev-limiter or do a long burnout and heat your trans up to much. I would post the picture but I can't seem to find a picture hosting sever that will let me post on the boards. So if you send me an e-mail ill send you the pic. As for leaveing it unpluged, there is no problem of doing that. On the other hand if you do it by plugging the vacume line with ill creat possitive boost all the time wich will cause to much heat.

The plug is on the drivers side of the supercharger towards the rear. It has a pink hose on the bottom of the valve and the wires have a silver sticker on them that says SCB. Hope this helps.
Lets try this....
Lets try an attachment....
