Fuel line Diameter

I need to buy the tool to remove the fuel filter. There are different sized tools for different sized fuel lines advertised. What size is ours? 1/4, 3/8, etc.?
FYI, I took my L in for the I/C leak. The tech had a TSB popup when he entered my VIN in the computer. They ordered the I/C part # XL3Z-9424-AB. Gents, the fix is out there.
Lastly, Donovan don't reply to this.

The tool pack I picked up (for Fords and Chryslers) are for 5/16" and 3/8", should be one of those.

I bought the filter and the tool to remove it. Now what do I do with the tool to get the line off the filter?

you see where the "hook" goes up under the fuel line connection?
thats where the tool goes..
clip the tool over the fuel filter piece, and slide it up into the connection.. you will feel it "click" into place..
you then just pull on the line & get out from under the gas thats gonna spill..

this is when you use the red caps that came on the new filter..
hurry up and cap the old one before it soaks your workspace..

I just came in from figuring it out on my own. Got it installed. Thanks clonetek for the reply anyway. Maybe the next guy that has trouble will do a search and find this thread.
