Question

I live in missouri were the last month or so it has been very hot 95 plus and over 80%humidity. My question is after it has been in the heat all day I get in to leave for home and it pops and cracks. Not the motor just like to doors and stuff. Also something under dash is rattling a lot any ideas other than pcm checked that already? Thanks

I noticed that the dash pops when I get after a really hot day and run the air conditioning. It's because the heat has made the plastic expand, and then you blast it with cool air, it's going to contract again.
My thinking...

Same pops and cracks here. It's the cheap plastic stuff that Ford puts in to keep the costs down. Not complaining about the L but it's not a luxury vehicle...
