Important PSP Info, Please Read
I made this post over on our PSP message board, but since many more people come here, I'd like to post it here as well. I hope that I am not out of line with this post, and I hope that Steve allows this post to remain:
To all PSP customers:
As many of you know, not long ago I hired Spiro full time to handle all aspects of customer relations for PSP. These duties included taking orders, tech help, answering phones and E-mails, and answering questions on the message boards. This step was taken to free up my time, so that I could concentrate more on making current parts to keep up with orders and developing new products. Spiro was working out of his home to do this for me, and we had set up a new phone line and fax machine to dedicate to PSP business.
This was working great for the first few weeks, but about 2 weeks ago, he stopped sending me new orders, he didn't seem to be on the message boards, and last week he just dissapeared all together. I have not been able to get him by E-mail, or phone. All the people who I know that know him, have also not heard from him. I do not know what has happened to him, I only hope that wherever he is, he's ok.
But the business at hand is that he was not taking care of customer business, and I know MANY people are very irate about this. All PSP e-mail was sent directly to him, I never got it. And any messages left on my personal machine, I forwarded to him to do the call backs. I have only recently become aware of this situation, and I sincerely apologize for any inconviences it has caused anyone. I know that because of this, many people have cancelled thier orders, which I fully understand.
We are trying to get this mess cleaned up, and within two weeks, we will have a full time person HERE with us to answer the phones during the day, and hopefully solve the correspondance problems once and for all.
I only hope that people who were affected by this situation, will not judge PSP for this problem, and will consider using PSP for future products.

Thanks for the update.
I hope everything works out for you. I also hope Spiro and his family are OK. If he/they are ok he owes you a good explaination.
I don't want to trash Spiro but it looks like history is repeating itself.
Sal let us know when you hire a replacement, after all you have proven yourself to be a stand up guy, with some great products, and a valued member of the Lightning family. It is a shame when someone else dropps the ball and you end up having to pay the price.

I knew something was up from all the grumbling that was going on. I hope you get things in order and Spiro is alright.
I hope this is a lesson to some. Don't get your panties in a wad until you find out what 's really going on.

Thanks for the addressing the problem honestly and openly. I miss Spiro on the board, and I hope that everything is OK. I just received my 4-way PSP chip - What a quality piece of work!!!!! I love it. It looks so good I am tempted to frame it and hang it on my wall!!!! Make sure that I am on the list for your ram air setup!!!
