Thanks guys!. Mr Rob G. came down to visit this weekend and helped install the drivers seat. The sparco's are very supportive, and they match the interior very nicely. They are firmer than the stock seats. I feel like mario andretti in the truck. Only downside is that when you turn around to check your blind spot, the seat blocks your vision. The seats have no up or down adjustment and they sit at about stock height. Rob opted with the seat conversion (which was my old bench), so he'll always have a piece of my truck wherever he goes. He also had the console pieces painted black, and the cosole arm rest done in black vinyl. Looks real sharp!! As far as I know he will be going to florida this winter...maybe ill join him....
Hey Rob,
Seats look awesome! At about what height do they sit. I mean, I am 6'4" tall and i always put the power seat down as far as it goes. Do you think thats about the height where your seat is now??? Did you lose or gain headroom? Thanks.

Dave,
Im 6'1" and have no problem with head room with these seats. They seem to be at just about stock height, maybe an half inch lower. The way they look, it seems like they are a lot lower than stock but they arent as low as they look.
Incon,
As far as weight...I have no idea... maybe Rob can weigh his old bench and my old drivers seat to give us better idea of weight savings. The Sparco's are definately lighter than stock thats for sure.
