I dont want to bring up the nasty word of "winter" yet but ive been looking for some used wheels for my L so she can hold better in the slippery stuff. My question is do expy and 2 wheel drive wheels have the same bolt pattern as the L, and do i need to stay above a 16 or 17" for rotor clearances???

All of the 97 and new F150 based rigs have the same bolt pattern. It is a 5 X135mm pattern. You need 16" min to clear the rear calipers.
