Got pulled over today......
Got pulled over today......
So there I am pulling out of the post office when I see a cop pull a uturn and come up behind me.
I am thinking what did I do wrong.
So I see his lights come on and think OH MAN I didn't do anything.
So I stop and he comes walking up with a smile on his face and I think oh great he's happy.
He says "you didn't do anything I just had to check out your truck"
So now I am relieved.
And we sit there and bs for about 10 minutes or so and he checks out the engine and everything, really a good guy, just shouldn't scare me like that.
I really got a good laugh when I pulled out of the parking lot and spun them a little and the cop gives me a thumbs up.
I just had to share my story. I still can't believe it.

Awesome sounds like something my cousin would do. He pulled over this guy on a bike for doing a wheelie that was pretty long from what my cousin said. So he pulled him over and he asked him do you know what im pulling over for and the guy was like yeah and my cousin says because that was ********ing awesome. Well the guy just looked at him and then he let him go hehe
I had the same thing happen to me. Sorta. After he gave me a ticket for speeding, he wanted to talk about my truck.
Hey paul,
They have post offices in Wyoming? I thought they still used the Pony Express.

I almost got nailed the other day. I was in the far left on a three laner closing down to two with a car in front of me signaling to get over to the right one lane when the guy one lane over SLAMS the door on me because he saw me wanting to get over. I mean, he DID NOT want to me to get over. There was still plenty of space ahead to make the lane change; so, as the car in front of me gets over, I pour 8 + lbs of evil on the L and jump in front of all the traffic. The blower noise was really really pronounced as I passed the front car and started to signal over. When, to my horror, was a city cop slightly ahead (windows DOWN!) easing into the lane I was racing to......no signal on his lane change! I tapped the brake and eased in behind him as I proceeded to utter boatloads of expletives (at myself). Either this guy was totally deaf or his radio noise and road noise dampened the scream from my L. I couldn't believe he didn't get me for something. I was in a 40 and was doing about 50 when I saw him. Whewwwwwwwww!
Its amazing to me the looks these trucks get from people and the law enforcment community itself!
Its very rare that I get out of my L and leave it parked somewhere, but the times I have done it, there are always hand and nose prints on the windows!! :o

Yeah they do have post offices and indoor plumbing is starting to catch on also.
Wyoming is so far behind the times it is really funny. But I have family here and they brought me here to work in a family business, where I basically am my own boss and that leaves lots of time to think about mods to the L and things like that.
One of the best things about living here is that there is never a line for anything, well that is when we have anything worth waiting in line for.
I am really longing for a dragstrip though.
