Bad ***! But, will this seemingly simple puller damage the shaft that we all keep hearing about?

There are several members of this board that are running the same set up with out any problems. I just got back from beatting on it and the assometer/tire spin says that there is gobs of more power. As for the damage, I can't tell if there isn't any or if there is. But think about it there are 3 different companies selling these things. And many many more running them. I think it's a calculated risk. No regrets.

Question...

How long did that take to install?

Also, anyone know possible HP with the upper and lower pully?

It seems to me that both pullies would compound the HP. But would the extra wear with both be too much?

Peace.

As far as running both pullies...I believe that the extra heat buildup in the blower offsets the power increase. Besides, with a high-revving chip, thats a lot of rpm for the eaton to be spinning.

The install only took a hour and 15 minutes. That was including the numerous breaks I took to get out of the heat.

Give Mark at Lightninforce a buzz, his email address is Uni4money@aol.com
He has the best price on the kit

I just made an instructional CD for the install and which is shipped with the puller.

You do not even know the size of the pulleys do you? Do the math. 14000 rpm is SAFE on this blower. The JDM pulley increases heat no more than 9 degrees from measurements taken from JDM. This means PSP's wouldn't increase it much more if anymore either (it's only .1 larger than JDM's). These pulleys do work. It's not offset.

Oops...I forgot to do the math I've seen several reputable members post 0 hp gain from running BOTH pullies. But hey, it's your Eaton, do what you want. My opinion still stands, that both pullies/ high revving chip is too much heat and rpm for these blowers. 1 seems to be okay, though.
