Question Poll: Daily Drivers...yes/no

I am just curious to know how many of you folks out there use your 99-01 lightnings as daily drivers. I don't mean they get driven everyday after work either...I mean use as a primary car.

Thanks for your answers!

Sam

I had 7K on the odo before I made my second payment if that is any indication. I have one vehicle. I may buy my buds 93 Aerostar for work duty. This is insane how many miles I put on the L.

She's my daily driver as well as my work truck. No. I'm not in construction. However, I do have to haul tools and equipment.

I picked up my 99 L in January of this year. I drive it every day, it is my only vehicle. I just hit 14K yesterday.

I drive my '01 nearly every day. I do have another truck, but this one is a lot more fun to drive. Bought it 4/28/01 as of today I passed the 8200 mile mark.

It's funny, I read an interview with John Colleti and he stated that most people who buy the L won't drive it everyday. It's just a toy to drive on the weekends.
I believe the question was why they don't make and Extended Cabl L.
I think the L is a great daily driver. However, I don't have the pleasure of drivng mine everyday. I have a Honda Civic to scoot around for better MPG.
