The Making of a burnout

First you find a remote area.

Then you Lightly apply the brakes, and mash on the gas.

And the rest, is well, history....

BLackBoLT99, cool pics!!! I love doing that stuff, except when you have to buy new F-1s in a month. With racing and burnouts I have about less than a 1/8 in of tread left

ah, see, that's the good part, I had two F-1's sitting in the bed of my truck.... the tires were pretty much gone anyways, I just finished them off last night, and had the new ones installed today.

And, Yeah, I know, I could have down more, but my friends said my brakes were glowing, and plus, both areas were pretty close to main streets, didn't want to get busted for Exhibition of Speed. That woulda sucked...

Maybe I'll do a better showing with the tires on the rear, once I get the money to buy some more F-1's. But First, I'm buying some ET Streets.

Thats an embarresment to the L community to see that little smoke show.

Whoops, i thought that was going to me a new thread, oh well, any of you know why?

And, blackbolt, did u unplug the boost solenoid when u did ur burnouts?? And, one more question, have you ever thrown bleach in a big bucket of water (about a 1:4 ratio) 1=bleach; 4=water?? I've heard it makes the smoke look like whip cream. I'm going to try it soon, i have a digital camera, but im not sure how to post pictures. If someone shows me how to post pics illpos some mean burnouts.

The 4 cats I would guess gives the truck enough retriction for optimal power... my guess at least.... and, yes, did the bleach thing....#1 have your buddy be there to hose the truck off, bleach will get everywhere, #2 you will see some awesome clouds.

No, I didn't do it with my L, I did it with my old Camaro, in my friends driveway, very nice....but my concern (now atleast) would be bleach getting on the paint....

And, as for the digi pictures.....upload the pictures to the Photo Galleries on this website, and when you start your topic, click the "IMG" button in the "vB Code" section and copy and past the URL of the photo in the box that pops up. Pretty simple....also, how's the weather been down there by Carlsbad? I'm looking to go up there Friday night, and run my truck...baseline stuff...haven't been to the track in a while, and I'm torn between Carlsbad, and Fomoso...guess I'll go check the weather channel....

Hope some of my info helps...
